VEPA Tenerife BNDN

VEPA Tenerife BNDN

The Tenerife BNDN is designed for processing large bone-in cuts where conventional tenderizers can suffer blade damage and inconsistent results. Its patented tenderizing system is engineered so each individual blade blocks as soon as it contacts a hard body inside the product (bone, frozen piece, nerve, etc.), helping keep operation stable and protect the blade set.

For sanitation and uptime, the BNDN uses thin rectangular-section blades made from elastic yet resistant steel to reduce break risk. The blade block and Teflon spacers disassemble without tools for fast cleaning, the machine is fully washable with appropriate detergents, and the blades reach to within 1 mm of the plate so the full product can be processed without turning. Blade stroke is programmable, and the machine can be equipped with a conveyor for inline integration plus an optional blade block for pulp.
