LAKIDIS FL600

LAKIDIS FL600

FL600 is an industrial meat flattener designed to process irregular fresh pieces of pork, beef, veal, and poultry. Using pressure rollers and profiled belts, it flattens portions to a consistent thickness and shape, creating a more uniform product for portioning, breading, or further processing.

The controlled pressure helps the meat keep its intended shape after cooking and is engineered to avoid unnecessary loss of juices during flattening. FL600 is built for high capacity lines and runs fully automated, with the only manual step being placement of meat on the infeed belt, in a stainless steel hygienic design for fast cleaning.
