BASTRA CLIMATE INSTALLATION

BASTRA CLIMATE INSTALLATION

BASTRA Climate Installations are engineered climate maturing lines for controlled maturing, drying, smoking, and after-ripening of raw and shelf-stable products. The system is built to hold target temperature and relative humidity with stable air movement, so product development is predictable, uniform, and repeatable across batches.

These installations are configured to your room and throughput needs, typically defined by trolley capacity, row layout, and process range. A hygiene-focused stainless construction, controlled air distribution, and monitoring with alarms support stable operation in smallgoods and industrial meat processing environments.
